- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and highly supportive from day one. We start with an initial consultation to understand the property, the owner’s goals, and any unique considerations. From there, we review the property in detail, discuss pricing and market expectations, and outline a tailored management strategy. Once onboarded, we handle a seamless transition that includes setting up systems, preparing the property for rent if needed, and launching marketing. Throughout the relationship, we provide proactive communication, detailed reporting, and hands-on management—covering leasing, maintenance coordination, tenant relations, and financial oversight. Our goal is to remove the stress of property ownership while maximizing performance and protecting the long-term value of the asset.
