- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My charge is $60.00 per hour of tutoring.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually have a phone conversation with the student's parent, entailing student strengths and weaknesses, academic progress, and personal goals. (no charge) I welcome any educational testing reports and scores for review and analysis (no charge) to target and expedite effectiveness. Once our tutoring plan is set, I initiate progress monitoring to measure advances and adjust future sessions. I welcome communication with parents and teachers to continually evaluate our process. I also encourage discussion with and feedback from parents about their child's experience.
