Commissions are negotiable and typically covered by the seller in most transactions. I offer competitive listing rates starting at 3% and free consultations. I also offer reduced commissions for military families and repeat clients. No hidden fees, no surprises—just straight talk and full service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation—either over the phone or in person. I listen to your goals, answer questions, and explain the steps involved. Then I’ll set up custom property alerts or a listing strategy depending on your needs. Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing, my process is tailored, thorough, and results-driven.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Florida Real Estate License and earned the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification from the National Association of Realtors. I’ve completed over 125 off-market deals as an investor and have extensive training in contract negotiation, property analysis, and creative financing strategies.
