William had his job cut out on our beautiful Large Country French home. The home was custom built in 1999 and we had never thought of having our roof cleaned. The siding was cedar shake and very fragile. He did an outstanding job and our roof looks brand new. He is very conscientious and takes pride in his work. He is the best ! Sara Ross

William was incredibly responsive, professional and timely. Our 1/2 day roof job ended up being a much bigger project than origionally anticipated (2 days), and he made several trips to get the proper supplies to ensure that the job was done properly and to our satisfaction. He stayed late the first day to get the roof to a spot to meet our expectations before our scheduled party the following day and even came back on a holiday to finish the job! The results were beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Hometown Roof & Exterior Cleaning and plan to use them in the future.

William's work cleaning my metal roof was excellent. And he paid attention to several extras - trimming limbs, gutters - that were not included in his original quote. His dedication to doing a job well is obvious. I will definitely call him again for any needs in the future, and I highly recommend him.

We had just moved into a house that was in need of a good cleaning from top to bottom. He can and did the soft touch wash on the house and everything looks fresh and clean now. I wasn't sure what to expect out of the soft touch system since it id different from a standard pressure wash, but it looked great and was much easier on the roof shingles and concrete. I would recommend the soft touch service to any of my friends and neighbors.
