FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat pricing for roof replacements that are all inclusive. The only additional fees would be if we uncovered damage under the roof in the decking that wasn't visible until after the existing roof was torn off. We photograph all damage and provide that as proof once the roof is complete. We also offer a military discount of $500 off any roof through our shingle partners and we offer a 50-year warranty for labor and materials if Owens Corning is selected!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an appointment to inspect your roof. If damage is found, we will work with you to file an insurance claim. If an insurance claim is filed, we will offer to meet your insurance company's field adjuster onsite to show the damage that we found. We will then work with you every step of the way to assist with your claim. In this case we collect your deductible at the start of the job and then collect the rest once the work is complete. If storm related damage is not found on your roof and the roof has met the end of its lifespan, we will provide you with a competitive quote to replace the roof. In this case we collect half of the contract value up front and the other half when the roof is replaced. If no damage is found at all, we will provide you our report free of charge and hope you think of us in the future when you might need us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our roof inspectors are HAAG certified and have over 30 years of combined experience in the roofing industry. Our estimators are licensed in Xactimate and Symbility and have over 25 years of combined experience working with insurance companies. We have completed over 500 roofs in the NE Florida area in the past 4 years.
