I was skeptical when Vitaliy Kalachik first came to my door about checking my roof for wind damage. Knowing that a storm had been through recently and having seen debris I allowed him to do an initial survey of my roof. Boy am I glad I did! He was very thorough in explaining what he found and the process of dealing with my insurance company to put in a wind damage claim. He assured me he would help me through the process and he and his office did. Victoria Zabashta, from the office, kept in constant contact with me and the USSA adjusters and gave me copies of all the estimates, payments and correspondence with the insurance company. The crew that came to do the job were very professional and completed a 38 square roofing job in one day. When they were done it was as though they were not even there. The debris was cleaned up very good and no damage to any shrubs or the house. What few nails that remained were cleaned up the next day by Vitaliy's on-site supervisor Yev, whom also was very thorough. There were marks on the driveway and garage door from the truck that delivered the shingles but he arranged to have the door and driveway pressure washed as a courtesy. Vitaliy has a very professional work ethic and even took the time to pray for me because I was going through some rough physical issues. His guidance and help made the whole process stress free. Bottom line Vitaliy told me I would only pay my deductible of $500 and that is exactly what I paid for a new roof. If you need a roof repair or replacement, EcoBuild is the company to use.
