We received a roof tune up that went great. Nathan provides a roofinspection along with photos to give you the peace of mind the extent of the actual issues. After the repairs are complete there are follow up photos showing the end product. With most of the houses in our area nearing half of their useful life I anticipate we will be needing repairs in the near term and will be using him for anything in the future. Highly recommended.

Nathan, the owner was wonderful to work with. He was very thorough and worked with our insurance to cover the cost. After our insurance came back too low, he appealed the decision and sent in evidence of the sustained damage along with a detailed report, which resulted in the entire cost being covered by our policy - less our deductible. His crew completely removed the old roof, installed a new roof, cleaned-up and hauled away all the trash in two days!! My roof is perfect. Great work and great service!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If we're working with your homeowner's insurance, the cost will only be your deductible on your policy. Repairs are priced on complexity basis. PLEASE READ: Not all roofs are repairable, unfortunately. If the roof has extensive damage and is an older roof it is recommended for replacement.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will inspect the roof, then we will recommend to go through insurance or not. If the process is through insurance, we'll walk you through that entire process. If it's outright and a cash repair/replacement, we will send over a same day bid to hopefully help you with your project!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Florida Roofing Contractor. CCC1335302
Undergraduate degree from The University of Tennessee. Business degree specializing in Supply Chain Management.
