We strive for clear and honest pricing with no hidden fees. You’ll get a fair estimate before any work begins. Model City offers competitive pricing and different financing options to fit your budget, including several $0 down, no interest plans for up to 24 months. Pricing reflects roof size, materials chosen, and any repairs needed. Military families (active or retired) can also receive a $250 on-the-spot savings toward a full roof replacement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free estimate & inspection — We inspect your roof and explain what we see. Detailed proposal — Broken out by materials, timeline, and pricing. Scheduling & preparation — We plan a convenient start date and walk you through expectations. Roof installation or repair — Work is done professionally with attention to cleanup and communication. Final review & warranty — We review the work with you and explain warranty coverage.
