My pool pump developed a leak in the housing. I purchased a new variable speed pump and arranged for the store to install. Two weeks later (and still 10 days away from install), I started looking for alternatives. Venezia was the only company willing to install the provided pump and did so in a timely and professional manner. Very pleased with the quality and value of the work.

Venezia luxury services responded to my request on Thumbtack for pool repair for faulty salt generator. Mr. Contreras showed up promptly and listened to my description of the problem. He methodically isolated, where the fault was …. did additional troubleshooting and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. The cost of the repair was much less than what other companies had told me it would cost just to look at the problem. I would give my highest recommendation to this company for Pool Service and Repair.

I truly appreciate the responsiveness to my immediate need for my pool filtering system being met. Not only did the owner come out to look, but had his team member who had more repair expertise, via a video call, help to actually do what was needed to fix the issue! It had been many months of not getting to the root of the problem and a couple of different companies come … and charge me! I ended up hiring Venezia for my regular maintenance to have the peace of mind, knowing they could also remedy any repairs that might come up!
