Always smiling and happy to be working in the sun or a cold winter day with a pool full of leaves!! Ben and Katie have kept my pool for years without incident. Consistent family owned business, I never walk out to a green pool. They just did a one time cleaning of a friends GREEN pool, they saved him 350.00 on nearest quote. Fair and consistent. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge 75 $ for a one time pool cleaning! If the pool is green it may take more then one visit. Weekly cleaning starts at 125$ a month with all chemicals included!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At VIP pools typical set up an appointment as soon as possible for a free quote with a new customer. If the customer is interested in our services we can usually start that day!!
