- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
LMCC services are provided at a cost of $120 per session for individuals. Concessions can be made available on a case by case basis. All major credit cards (Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express) are accepted. Billing through your primary and/or secondary insurance carrier is suggested first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are given a brief summary of the rendering provider's clinical expertise, processes to schedule, benefits and eligibility, as well as information on treatment courses. Initial appointments are generally secured within 1-3 business days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Provider is a Masters level graduate with licensing in the states of Florida and Georgia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Provider has more than 10 years of knowledge, skills, and training.
