I got my floors sealed and I’m not satisfied. The grout on my floors are dirty in my high traffic areas. I did this because I assumed it would protect my floors if my dog had an accident. I work away from home during the day and my 7 month old puppy had a accidents no his kennel. I assumed sealing my floor last would help make the cleaning easier and wouldn’t allow them to get stained. My floors were sealed and a week later this is how my grout is looking after mopping. Please understand that sealing your floors will not protect/prevent them from staining or get dirty.

When he says he's going to send someone to fix the problem with your sealing, he should do it. Cleaning was OK but sealing wasn't. Streaky and smudged. Walked on wet sealer and left footprints.
