- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No hidden fees. Military discount available. We will discuss your project in detail and you will know everything is itemized in the invoice. If you need additional materials (e.g., HDMI cable or optical cable, etc.), I will let you know. You will know exactly what work will be done, when it will be done, and how much it will cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what type of work is planned, as well as any additional requests. I answer all questions and provide recommendations if needed.

I work with companies and commercial spaces, as well as individual clients.
