- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you book 3 weeks or more in advance I will give a 20% discount, 2 weeks in advance 10% discount
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure I have payment on the day of the event before start of the event. There is a $100 cancellation fee if not canecelled within 48 hours of event
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have bartenders license/ alcohol server certificate/ ServSafe manager certification
