We are also a 24/7 emergency service company so we will accommodate your schedule with same day service! The owner of Flex Southern, Kevin Schaeffer, has been in the business of disaster restoration since 2012 and holds IICRC certifications in both Water Damage Restoration and Mold Remediation. We have a $150 service minimum as reflected in our price list. This does not necessarily mean we charge $150 for every item needing to be cleaned. If the minimum is met on a large order, we may offer discounted prices on various items.
