Frank and his team are a delight to work with from start to finish. Scott, the sales person was very knowledgeable and brought up things that other companies did not bring up. The quality of workmanship is superb and the value was unmatched. We had a very unique build, and they accommodated all of our requests, even after hours. I highly recommend this company. If youre looking for a screen room, glass room or covered outdoor area they are the company to go with.

Overall, a great experience with this company. Finished product turned out just how we were hoping. If there could be one improvement, I would like to see a bit more proactive communication about timelines, crew arrival plans, etc. but the staff were friendly and responsive. Finished within the original projected timeline and the screen enclosure turned out great!

We couldn't be more pleased with Colonial Construction. From the estimate to the completion, they were very professional. Our screened roof addition and paver extension looks perfect. Frank and his employees are so nice and they got the job done fast.

From our sales person, to the office staff, and the 2 installation fellows, everyone was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. Phone calls were answered promptly. Installation was done in one day. Love sitting out on our lanai and not swatting bugs. We would highly recommend the Screen Enclosures by Colonial Construction.
