- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process includes three steps: 1. Profound Touch speaks and/or meets with the customer to identify their needs and/or goals; 2. The customer submits their work to Profound Touch via email or in person for writing and/or editing services; 3. Profound Touch uses its award-winning writing and editing skills to review the customer's work to ensure the identified goal is achieved. Then, the work is returned to the customer, satisfaction guaranteed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master of Science in Mass Media Arts and Journalism from Clarion University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of North Florida. I am also a member of Toastmasters International, a non-profit organization developing public speaking and leadership skills through practice and feedback.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
At a young age, I developed a passion for oratory. Then, I later fine-tuned my writing skills to be complimentary.
