Introduction: Hi Friends! My name is Nikita (aka Nikki), and I am a Private Yoga Teacher. I completed my 500 RYT Hour Certification in Vinyasa Yoga. Yoga is my life and I want to inspire you to live your happiest, healthiest life which can be achieved with a consistent yoga practice. I teach private, duet, and group sessions for couples, parties, events, corporate wellness, and more. I create free yoga videos on my YouTube channel called Yena Yoga. You can find videos for Kids and Moms, and all levels on my channel so you can bring your own at home daily yoga practice. Yoga has saved me because I lost over 50 pounds in the first 6 months with an everyday yoga practice. Before yoga I was overweight and had asthma. It is amazing how yoga can reverse your health. I started teaching yoga since it has been a gift for me, I want to share that with you so you may overcome challenges and feel your best. Nikita is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! Honestly if I listed everything I was looking for and needed in a yoga instructor she would check all the boxes. There was a period when I got into yoga many years ago but it’s been a long while since having kids etc so I was nervous about starting back. However from the moment I called Nikita she instilled peace and confidence in me that together we would do this. And that’s exactly what she has done! Her energy is so calm and peaceful yet posed and confident. She guides you but is not forceful or judgmental. She’s a true pro so as she sees your ready and want more she will meet you there and give your body exactly what you want and need. I have seen my body and my mind change over the past few months as I’ve been working with her. It is truly a life changing experience Im having as I work with Nikita. I’ve done many yoga classes in my life but I have never had such a class and instructor as Nikita. She genuinely is sharing her soul and yoga journey with you as you find your own way and your own yoga journey for yourself, it’s absolutely beautiful!! As well as my 4 year old and one year old are in most all our classes and she welcomes them and teaches my 4 year old as well, so no excuses moms! :) words can’t explain how appreciative and grateful I am to have found Nikita and picked up the phone to book that first class, I am never looking back!!

Nikita with Yena Yoga was amazing! We had a group of girls who wanted to practice a yoga session on the beach. Nikita was easy to contact and flexible to host us for a session! The yoga practice was invigorating and fun for everyone. Ladies of all prior yoga experience levels were able to participate. I highly recommend booking with Nikita at Yena Yoga! After suffering from a back injury years ago I decided to seek out private yoga sessions. I’m so glad I found Yena Yoga, Nikita is an amazing yoga instructor. Having never practiced yoga before, Nikita was attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her students. She made the practice fun and less intimidating. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 Single Session $120 Duet Session $200 Group Session *Package discounts are available if you purchase 10 sessions all at once, get 10% off. Must pay in full before first session to receive package discount. Prices are subject to change.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free initial consultation by phone to get to know each other. Then we set your private yoga session, date, and time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my 200 Hour YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) in Vinyasa Yoga, in Costa Rica in 2021. Then I completed my 300 Hour YTT in Vinyasa Flow Advanced Yoga in September of 2022. I have been doing yoga for almost 4 years and am in love with yoga and teaching.
