We normally use Stanley steamer but decided to go another route. After submitting my need on Thumbtack karl responded quickly. He was able to schedule our appointment that fit my schedule. Karl was very professional the entire process from scheduling the appointment to leaving the our driveway.The product left my entire house smelling amazing. My carpet isn't stiff or soaking wet. There was no hidden fees and no charging by the sqft he gave me a quote based on how many rooms. My carpets look and smell amazing I couldn't be more satisfied. Karl you have another loyal customer!!
