I own 5 rental units and sometimes tenants are not as careful with the care of the carpets as an individual homeowner . I contacted Pure Clean carpets to clean the carpets after the tenants had vacated. Gary responded to my inquiry and we made the appointment. He arrived on time and prepared to do everything that was promised. I must say that I am really wowed by the care and commitment that he exhibited to get the job done. The carpets were in a bad shape and now they look and smell amazing. Thank you Pure Clean and thank you Gary for going above and beyond! I will continue to use Pure Clean for all of my units.
