Dave has been a great benefit to helping us train our new pup, Gracie. He’s got a great personality that is easy to understand and we feel very comfortable with his training style. The system they have for booking and reminders is great. Highly recommend!

Matt from Semper Fi K9 is professional and a great dogtrainer. He helped us train our first pup Zeus -Rottweiler and were thrilled with the training tools we were left with for a successful trading experience. Zeus not stays in our yard without a lease and doesn’t leave . Our neighbor call him the statue lol . So when we decided Zeus needed a fried we got another puppy for Matt to help us train again. Zoey is Cane Corso/ Rottweiler mix . She was our crazy child . But Semper Fi helped us through the training process again . Thanks Matt for your professionalism and great training Skills for a successful outcome .

I cant say enough wonderful things about Matt! Weve been working with him for a while now for all of our puppys training needs. The love, compassion and knowledge for what he does truly shows in the amazing results weve gotten with Ellie. The latest thing Matt helped us with was with our pups reactivity towards other dogs. In Just a couple of sessions Matt worked his MAGIC and Ellie is doing so much better around other dogs! You do have to put in the work and time as an owner and follow up on the stuff he teaches you but as long as youre consistent you will see incredible results! Matt you absolutely ROCK!!!!

We have a 4 year old dog with behavioral issues (aggression, possessiveness) and have worked with my many trainers over the years and never had a good experience. We were told there’s nothing that can be done, she’s too old now and we should have reprimanded her when she was a puppy etc. Matt is the first trainer that didn’t place blame on us or make us feel like our situation is hopeless. After just one session we saw a change in our pup- we were able to understand her behavior and actions much better, learn how to prevent situations from escalating, and what to do when there is a problem. He teaches, doesn’t judge. We are thrilled with the changes we are seeing and look forward to continuing to build a better home situation (especially as we are trying to make a change before we have children).

It is customizable based on the dog and the process.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a face to face consultation with owner and puppy. This is the time to observe the pups behavior and lay out an accurate plan moving forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been around dogs my entire life. I do not reprimand or throw fear into dogs when I train. It does not work! Positivity always wins!
