FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job, large or small, starts with a free estimate. There are no fees or obligations just to have us take a look. Pricing depends on the type of pest, the size of the property, and how established the problem is, so we never quote blind. Once we inspect, you get a clear, upfront price before any work begins, and that's the price you pay. No surprise add-ons. For termites, we quote every option that fits your situation, from tent fumigation for drywood termites to no-tent alternatives like spot treatments and subterranean treatments including trench-and-treat and bait stations, so you can choose the approach and price point that works for you. We also offer discounted rates on recurring service plans (quarterly or monthly) compared to one-time treatments, and returning customers always get priority scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk through what you're seeing: where, how often, and for how long. Then we schedule a free inspection so we can identify the pest, find entry points, and gauge the extent of the issue. From there, you get a written estimate with a clear treatment plan: what we'll do, what products we'll use, and what to expect afterward. There is no problem we haven't found a solution for. Whether it's roaches in the kitchen or rodents in the toilet, we have seen it all and always find a solution. For termite jobs, the inspection tells us whether you're dealing with drywood or subterranean termites, and we walk you through every option (tent fumigation, no-tent spot treatments, or trench-and-treat and bait stations) in plain language, with no pressure. A termite job can feel overwhelming, especially a fumigation, so we handle the logistics and preparation checklist with you step by step to make it as hassle-free as possible. Once you approve, we treat, and we always follow up to make sure the problem is actually resolved, not just knocked down temporarily. For ongoing plans, we set a regular schedule so you never have to think about it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed and insured for pest control work. Beyond licensing, our training is ongoing. Pest control products, regulations, and best practices change constantly, and we stay current on safe application methods, integrated pest management (IPM) techniques, and pet- and family-safe treatment options. After 8+ years in the field, we've also built the kind of hands-on knowledge you can't get in a classroom: knowing where pests hide, how they get in, and what actually stops them from coming back.
