the guys did good work but did not bring their own tools so had to use my husbands, which is fine but what if my husband didn’t have tools ?

It wasn't much to move but the items were very heavy and the movers handled themselves very well. Our driver John was really nice and he did a great job putting our bed back together

Blue Line is amazing. We moved within Boynton Beach but we have a lot of stuff and thought is would for sure take 2-3 days but those 5 guys did it in a day. Maria's packing team arrived the day before were very good and gentle with our china. They unpacked as well, the day after the move. Mike Todd was great with making sure his team was efficient and care. 10 out of 10 I'd use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on value, experience, and a high level of service that practically guarantees satisfaction
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We either do a phone, virtual or in-home survey, then itemize the inventory and coordinate the dates that fits both us and the customer. Make sure all of the services that are requested can be provided and after the move we follow up with the customer to make sure that they was completely satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training is not necessary unless you deal with the technical side which I have very professional and train people working in office but you do need quite a bit experience in order to give the quality of service that we provide.
