- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 20% for referrals! All first time breath work classes get 10.00 off their first class.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new mobility client: There is a lot of time spent educating you on how you body works. An initial eval is also mandatory, and consists of watching you move each joint to get a clear picture of your deficits. For massage and breathwork: There is a lot of talking in the beginning so I can gauge where you are at energetically and emotionally. I also like to set intentions and/or goals for each session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed physical therapist assistant with 5 years experience in orthopedic PT, I also spent a couple of years as a personal trainer. But everything I thought I knew about human movement changed when I became a mobility coach through FRC systems. I have been a massage therapist since 2008 and have taken dozens of continuing ed classes in cupping, trigger point release, graston, gua sha, muscle energy technique, and more. I became a Certified Breath coach in 2022 after experiencing firsthand the power of this incredible healing modality. I am currently half way done with Polarity Therapy school, A type of integrative energy medicine.
