I've had InvestPro Properties manage my home for about two years now, and I am very happy with their services. I heard about them from a friend of mine who also uses them to manage his property. I did interview other companies, just to make sure I was picking the right company for me and came to the conclusion that they were the most professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented property management company around. Their fee for the quality of work they do is very reasonable.
One thing I really liked is that they don't markup repairs, and they even let me choose my own repair persons. The monthly rent is automatically deposited into my checking account every month with a detailed statement just like clockwork--I LOVE this. With me moving out of the area, I felt very secure handing over my property to InvestPro and they have not disappointed me.
