- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Either Michael Williams (Owner) or one of our 24/7 available staff will always answer no matter the hour, every single time. We then work with your schedule to set up the best and most convenient time for you to meet with the Michael Williams. If you allow we do a free inspection on your whole entire roof. This means crawling trough the entire attic when necessary to identify all problem areas, as well as a hands on roof top inspection. We then write up a proposal, addressing any areas as well as all available solutions. We then allow you to pick the best solution to meet your specific needs, not our pockets. We can also draft a contract on the spot as well as schedule your approximate start and finish date.
