Hi my name is Kurt and I have 19 years experience in the custom smart home industry. I have learned much from my experiences going all the way back to being in the Boy Scouts and building homes as a carpenter. My love of technology started as a young, very curious kid who would get in trouble for taking appliances apart to see how they worked ( but not knowing how to put them back together). Networking, security cameras, TV and projector installation, home theaters, yachts, speciality outdoors speakers and TV’s are a few of our specialities. These days I operate with a very professional work ethic. And will offer different ways to tackle projects even if it means me not making as much profit from it. We always wear booties and use drop cloths to protect your home, as well as masks if requested. We clean up after ourselves and treat everyone kindly and respectfully.

Kurt listened to my home theater system concerns and project goals, and with his initial visit, presented several options. Further discussion resulted in a well defined plan and schedule that would work within my budget. Both Kurt and his assistant, Dom, worked extremely well together, and took steps to minimize disruption. When a few issues surfaced, they worked through them without drama, focusing on doing things right. They were thoughtful, skilled, and professional. The result is a completed home theater & audio center that's exceeded my expectations!

Most important is a brief conversation about other experiences the client has had with smart homes. Was it a good experience? What made it a good experience? Next we educate the client to assist their decision making. Finally establishing and managing their expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certification on 5 control systems ( Crestron, RTI, Savant, URC and Elan) Training by pioneer, Denon, Panasonic, Luxul, Araknis and many more!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am very curious about electronics and technology and as a kid I always took thing apart. As an adult I’m much better at putting them back together 😁. I have a computer background as well as years of construction experience.
