I shape balloons into unique designs and characters such as animals, hats, flowers, and much more.
I also do Glitter tattoos, Airbrush tattoos, Tinsel hair, Pony braids, Ponytails Glitter Bars, Jewel masks, and balloon decorations for any event.

Mercedes the ballon artist was amazing. She came on time, early actually, had everything she needed for her set up and was so creative and kind to the kids. It was a pool party for my 1 year old and so while the kids swam she even made extra balloons for them since I had hired her for only 2 hours. She is very skilled can make all sorts of things - animals, hats, swords, super heroes. I was really impressed by her and will definitely recommend her to anyone for their events!

Balloons by Eva was, from start to finish, a wonderful experience for my daughters 5th birthday party. Eva was efficient, professional, and kind in her correspondence pre party. We had Gaby as our glitter tattoo/balloon artist and she was very sweet with the children, accommodating to our friends with special needs, and she interacted with the kids to help them decide on their tattoo or balloon animal. The kids absolutely loved her! (ages 2-10 at the party) I would HIGHLY recommend Balloons by Eva to any and all parties. We will be booking with them again.
