- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the needs of the event, the date/time and location. However, all fees are all-inclusive. There's no guessing what the final cost will be!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pour It Up works hard to ensure that each event is as unique as the customers. Once the client has reached out to us, we send a short questionnaire that allow us to collect all the pertinent information about the upcoming event. Because each event is different, our prices vary. Once a price is agreed upon, the deposit is paid. A few days before the event, Pour It Up does a walkthrough of the venue (if possible) and discusses any last minute details with the client. On the day of the event, I arrive at least one hour early to ensure that all items necessary are available and to do a final walkthrough with the client.
