- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the needs of the event, the date/time and location. However, all fees are all-inclusive. There's no guessing what the final cost will be!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Triple R Unlimited works hard to ensure that each event is as unique as the clients we serve. Once the client has reached out to us, we send a short questionnaire that allow us to collect all the pertinent information about the upcoming event. Because each event is different, our prices vary. Once a price is agreed upon, the deposit is paid. A few days before the event, TRU does a walkthrough of the venue (if possible) and discusses any last minute details with the client. On the day of the event, staff arrive at least one hour early to ensure that all items necessary are available and to do a final walkthrough with the client.

All staff is TIPS and ServSafe certified.
