FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm currently building my personal value by returning to school for my A.S. and then B.S in Business Administration. I first went to school for an A.S. in Hospitality Management twenty years ago, and thought that it would be great to improve and update my technical skills in addition to the work experience I already have.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My focus has been on setting up training standards, and accountability for the training, but I've often found that I've had to first work with companies to determine what standards for their business they want to set, and then how to communicate those standards with existing employees. The other side of that is the accountability piece for leadership to follow through with those standards. It has resulted in some operational changes. I have worked on marketing and promotions, and menu design for small businesses also. Increased community involvement and social media exposure are so important in today's economic climate.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My best advice to really contemplate what goal you want to reach, and if its an actual possibility. Also to think about timelines and how they interact with those goals, if they are achievable in the time frame you are allowing.
