They were very respectful of my home. Came in to assess and then brought in their equipment. Spot checked and got right in to cleaning. Thorough! Asked Questions. Were very grateful for the business. Carpet looks and feels sooo much better. Would definitely use them again!

I had scheduled carpet cleaning with another company back in July for today Sept 27th after being over 1 hr late from initial arrival time I received the phone call from a technician if I had the machine was broken and that he was working getting fixed and would be in contact. I waited hours and started to get nervous as I was scheduled to leave the area the following morning for a move, luckily, I posted an SOS needing assistance for carpet cleaning through Thumbtack M and M property management solutions responded within minutes. They advised that they would be happy to help me inform me that they were currently working on another job but stayed in communication with me to ensure me that they would get me in today and they did not only were they communicative but the pricing was fair. They were extremely professional, friendly and did an incredible job. They really saved me today. I would highly recommend M and M proper solutions for carpet cleaning, especially for someone who is going to be relying on a company to stick to the schedule.

M and M did an amazing job on my carpet and upholstery cleaning! I had a very badly stained rug and dirty chairs and after they were done everything looked brand new! Very thorough, professional, and worked in a hard space. So impressed and will definitely be a returning customer.
