I am very impressed with PP appliances. They responded to my request immediately and I was able to achieve the same-day repair within two hours. The tech knew exactly what to do had all of the equipment and tools available to him and was very courteous. I am recommending this company to anyone that has any appliance needs. I was happy to hear that they also repair other appliances within our home, and they gave us a maintenance tips while they were here. Fantastic five star experience.

Highly recommend this company! Jose reached out to me right away and was able to be here the next morning which was a Sunday. Was prompt, notified me when on his way, quickly started working on my fridge that was not cooling. Diagnosed the issue, was able to verify it was a part still under warranty from manufacturer. He was able to pick up the part the next day and worked with me on a convenient time for me to be here to install. Part was covered, worked with me on labor and remaining parts.
Professional, reasonable fee’s, prompt response and great communication. Highly recommend Appliance Fast Service and Jose! If I ever need appliance repairs again I will definitely call them! Thank you again Jose!
