I really had no idea what was wrong with my computer. Michael found that the computer was clogged with tons of dust, cat hair etc. After a thorough cleaning he was able to diagnose the problems and repair them. Mind you Michael had my computer for 4 days and when he finished, it was like getting a brand new computer back. I cannot be more happy with his service. I plan on calling Michael when it is time for the cooling pump to be replaced. Thank you Michael for the wonderful job!

My laptop, a Dell Studio, gave out the 7 beeps of death. Michael diligently and rapidly diagnose and ordered the required material, the cpu and motherboard. Once he received the material, he made the replacement and completed exhaustive testing. He spent several hours to make sure that the repair was definitive. I am extremely happy of Michael's work and recommend him for any form of computer surgery.

Gadgeteero diagnosed the problems with my computer, even though I didn't have it repaired, he cleaned it and showed me the issues with my computer. he was completely professional and advised me of the next step. I will be keeping his card close, because I will be making a purchase of a new system and will call on his expertise to upgrade hardware and software from there. Michael knows his business, I was very comfortable with his knowledge. Very impressed.
