- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing varies on the clients needs and distance from me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to have a phone interview with you to asses the needs of both you and your dog. Next, I will come to your home to perform an in home assessment and begin the training program that we decide on. Depending on the course of action we decide on I may recommend that you participate in a group obedience class or additional in home training. Everything depends on the needs of you and your dog.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Animal Behavioral College and I have spent two years under the mentor ship of dog trainer Heather Scasz.
