- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact – I ask for photos of the door or glass to understand the issue. 2. Diagnosis & Estimate – I provide a clear explanation and a firm price. 3. On-Site Visit – I verify measurements, confirm the issue, and begin repairs. 4. Glass Ordering (if needed) – For replacements, I custom-order tempered or insulated glass. 5. Installation – Once the glass arrives, I complete the installation and ensure proper door operation. 6. Final Review – I test everything with the customer and provide warranty details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training in sliding door repair, insulated glass replacement, and hardware installation. I have also completed professional workshops related to residential glass systems, tracks, rollers, and weatherproof installation. My experience comes from years of field work servicing homeowners throughout Central Florida.
