I hired Capital Power for my wiring repair. The technician came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a quick estimate for how much it would cost for the repair. An hour later, my stove was working and Capital Power was on the way out the door. Here's what I liked about the encounter: Responsiveness: They reached out to me quickly after I put my inquiry on Thumbtack. I did not have to wait for days or even weeks to get an appointment. Once the appointment was made, they touched base with me and let me know when they were on the way. I was able to plan my day with certainty. Promptness: They arrived on time and got to work quickly. Technical Service: My technician quickly identified the problem and got to work fixing it quickly. He did not have to mess around or call anyone else. He knew his stuff and his confidence made me feel great about hiring them. Professionalism: The technician had on a mask to protect me and my family. He was courteous. Explained what the job would entail and how long it would take. He was exact and precise and was minimally disruptive to my day. Conclusion: I will bypass the search process going forward and keep Capital Power in my rolodex/phonebook app in case I need them again. I plan to have lights, chandeliers and sconces installed in my new home in the next few weeks and I will offer Capital Power the opportunity to come back out and do all those jobs.
