To qualify this - we haven’t had our first actual lesson yet. But I wanted to comment on his responsiveness and flexibility. I have made it anything but easy to set up our schedule - needing to make changes several times already - and he has been exceptionally prompt, attentive and accommodating in doing that - as well as kind and understanding! Looking forward to working with him!

I have only just met Frank, talked about tutoring goals and teaching approaches and set up a schedule for working together. On first meeting, he is intelligent, personable and enthusiastic. My rating is, therefore, based upon first impressions. I will be much more able to speak about my experience with him in a month or so.

We are looking forward to learning Spanish together with Frank. He is very personable and knowledgeable. I am sure that this experience will be a pleasant one.

Excellent!!!... exactly what I was looking for. Very professional and to the point. Frank was able to get the resume I have been waiting for. His direction was guided towards my needs and we were able to highlight important areas that I was not considering. A mix of online and phone conversations made it possible to reach my goal.
