STANDARD REPLACEMENT PRICING:
For replacing an existing ceiling fan or light fixture.
1 unit: $120
2 units: $220 total
3 units: $300 total
4 units: $360 total
5 or more units: $80 per unit
Multi-unit pricing applies only when all installations are completed at the same property on the same day. Installations scheduled for different days are priced separately.
Fan and light fixture assembly is included in our installation price. You do not need to assemble your new fan before we arrive.
The customer supplies the new fan or light fixture. High ceilings, special mounting requirements, damaged wiring, structural obstacles, or additional work may require a separate quote.

The customer supplies the fan or light fixture. These starting prices assume an accessible installation location without significant obstacles or additional work. Drywall repair, painting structural modifications, extensive wiring, and other additional work are not included.

Dave was fantastic they were on time they measured went to get supplies and started working. They built a wall with a door to separate a room. The workmanship was wonderful I am so glad I found him and will definitely be using him again. If you don’t consider him for your handyman jobs you will be missing out!!

Excellent service from Dave Handyman. I originally hired them to paint one garage door panel I had replaced. Once the new panel was painted, I realized the older paint on the rest of the garage door had aged enough for the new paint to stand out.
The issue was with my original request, not their work. I reached back out, and they made time to return the following day to paint the entire garage door so everything matched.
I appreciated how responsive, accommodating, and professional they were. They didn’t hesitate to come back and make sure I was happy with the finished result. The garage door looks great, and I would definitely hire Dave Handyman again. Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always based on a flat rate. I provide a clear estimate upfront, with no hidden fees, and I never ask for payment in advance—payments are made only as each stage of the project is completed. Even if unexpected situations come up, I do my best to honor the original estimate. If there is ever a major change in the project, I will always review the updated costs with the customer before any work moves forward.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking for details about the project—what needs to be done, photos if possible, and any specific requests. Then I provide a quote and timeline. Once we agree, I schedule the job, show up on time, and make sure everything is done properly. I always check in at the end to be sure the customer is happy with the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience comes from hands-on work over the years. I’ve learned by doing—through home projects, helping others, and working on a wide range of repairs and installations. Every job has helped me improve my skills and find better, faster ways to get things done well.
