- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the type of service and the complexity of the job. I always provide a clear estimate before starting any work. Some jobs may have a minimum service charge. If multiple tasks are done in the same visit, I can offer adjusted pricing. My focus is fair pricing and quality work, not cutting corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by reviewing the job details and asking a few quick questions if needed. Then I provide a clear estimate and schedule a convenient time. On the job day, I arrive on time, confirm the work before starting, and complete everything efficiently and cleanly. After finishing, I make sure everything is working properly and the customer is satisfied before leaving
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have technical training in electronics and experience in residential installation and remodeling work. I’ve worked with electrical fixtures, TV mounting, lighting, ceiling fans, and general home improvement projects. I focus on safety, proper installation, and delivering clean, professional results on every job.
