- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in offering fair and honest pricing for every project. I provide free estimates so homeowners can understand the cost before any work begins. My goal is to give quality service at a reasonable price, without surprises. I take pride in doing the job right the first time, which helps my customers save time and money in the long run.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts me, I first learn about the project and what they need done. Since I have spent the last 6 years working directly inside homeowners’ properties, I understand how important it is to respect the space and be prepared. After reviewing the details, I provide a free estimate and schedule a time that works best. On the day of the job, I arrive ready with the proper tools and materials and focus on completing the work carefully and correctly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in appliance installation and repair, furniture assembly, and home services. For the past 6 years, I have worked directly inside customers’ homes, handling installations and repairs with care and attention to detail. My training comes from real job experience and years of practical work in the field. I am always focused on improving my skills and staying updated with tools and installation methods.
