- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fixed rates per room. It’s not based on square ft or how long i will be there. It’s based solely on how many tasks I need to perform. You can add on basically any task to you cleaning experience including organizing. I am a naturally great organizer. Also, I offer a discount to any regularly returning customers. The more often you need it done, the higher the discount. I am an artist and it shows in everything I do. Even cleaning is an art. It’s all in the details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really like to build report with my clients. I like to know what kind of products they like and what they don’t like. I build a profile for each client so I can always remember their desired result. It’s also really easy to add or change things like if someone moves in or out. I also need to know the type of flooring they have so I can bring all of the proper equipment with me. Listening is a big deal inside of someone else’s home. Only you know how you like it and that is a big part of my training process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My mom has been teaching me the most efficient ways to clean for my whole life. Now when I train new employees they say that want to learn to clean like me. I never thought that was something I was extraordinary at, but apparently it’s a desired talent.
