i hired Michelle to clean my daughter’s home. it had not been cleaned in awhile due to an illness. michelle spent two days spring cleaning her home and her quality of work is just unbelievable! My daughter’s home has never been so clean and everything is so shiny, looks new and smells refreshing. she went a step further and organized her closets and the entire kitchen cabinets. she is very detailed and organized! Michelle and her crew came to do a deep cleaning on my home in preparation for my mother-in-law's visit. The results were AMAZING!! I cannot say enough about how wonderful my home looks. Michele is very thorough and does an excellent job. Her prices were very reasonable and she is accomodating and very customer oriented. Excellent services Michele is doing a wonderful job, this is her third visit. I offered her a second property to clean for me. Both homes are clean , sanatized, and dusted as if they were her own. Michelle cleaned from the tops of my curtains to the bottom of the baseboards! I'm very satisfied with her work , her attention to detail. Michelle exhibits pride in her cleaning which is definitely a plus for any customer who hires her. She even climed a ladder to help me replace my air filters. Michelle doesn't do dishes so if you're looking for a fool who will stand there for hours cleaning your crusted pots or dried week old oatmeal find another. I feel very lucky to have found Michelle on my .first try with thumbtack. Hopefully you will hire her and be lucky too

There is no "standard" pricing. Every house is different from the next and every customer has their own special needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the customer, taking a look at the property to be cleaned so that a fair price can be given. Its hard to guess a price without seeing the property. But we honor all prices given, regardless.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay up to date with current cleaning products.
