It’s my first time utilizing this service, and won’t be my last! I inquired with a few other agencies, but they wanted more for less. So we reached out to Total Cleaning Service. Mariana responded back to me quickly, and responded in a professional manner, while giving me the information I needed and outlined what to do for my first cleaning. I found that other agencies wrote me a bit too often for my liking and were way too pushy. One of which texted me 5 times within 20 minutes and pressured me into service and add ons I advised I wouldn’t be needing. However, Mariana was polite and professional the whole time and notified me of the cost for my house specifically. I was then told that Tatiana would be assisting us. My husband and I left for errands and came back to an amazingly clean home. Being a mommy of 3, with a newborn and a full time nurse, with a firefighter husband, it’s very hard to keep up with some things like cleaning the way she did, Tatiana made sure to not only make the house spotless, but also went above and beyond for us. She also added cute little touches, such as making bows on the toilet paper rolls in each of our bathrooms. Making our towel look like we were at a resort :), etc. My girls were so excited! She also took the time to help out with laundry I had started and mentioned to Mariana and not to worry about it.. but she dried them anyways and neatly placed them within each of my daughters’ rooms without me even requesting. We were so happy, we almost cried! Our house looks and smells so good, and it means the world that she went out of her way to make our first cleaning amazing! It meant so much to my husband and I to have a clean new house for our babies and at a reasoned rate. We will definitely be utilizing them for our cleanings from now on moving forward. THANK YOU!!!

Total Cleaning Service is absolutely phenomenal. They responded to a very late request on a holiday weekend, and came in and did a move-in clean in a beyond-filthy house my son was moving into. The job was even more difficult as the previous occupant had not moved a bunch of stuff out that they should have. Mariana was so helpful, even coming back the next day to clean between the old stuff being moved out and my son's stuff moved in. The price she charged was more than fair, and she stuck to it even after seeing how bad it was and with the additional time involved. I can't praise this company enough. They are truly exceptional!
