- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We attempt to pre-screen the client's to assess their (Property's) needs ahead of meeting with the client. This also informs us of the equipment necessary to get it done. Also this gives us a chance to assure the client that we have their best interest in mind, as we attempt to win their trust, that we can and will get the job done in a timely, and professional manner. At the closing of the visit with the Client, they must know what will be done, first, second, and lastly. If they are not present then picture will be send to them, to verify completion.
