To schedule an appointment a deposit of 35% of the total is required.
This way our appointment will be scheduled, and the reserved space will be without a possible overbooking error.
cancellation policies:
• Cancellations must be made at least 48hrs prior to the appointment date to receive a 50% refund of your deposit.
• Any rescheduling must be done 48 hours prior to the appointment date. Otherwise, there will be no refunds.

Several months ago, I booked a MUA (with hair) for 5 of us attending my nephew’s wedding. I had worked with her several times in the past.
The day before the wedding, after multiple confirmations, I received a text from my MUA that there was a medical emergency in the family and that she was boarding a flight to tend to family affairs. I was devastated but understood her decision.
I immediately put out feelers to see if anyone could assist with the makeup. Phrany was our savior! She was kind, understanding and very professional.
The next day, she arrived and got straight to work. I’m sure she was apprehensive because this was so last minute, but it never showed. Phrany did a wonderful job — we ranged from 20-54 years of age — on all of us! We were all finished in the time we gave her, and we all got compliments throughout the night.
FUN FACT: Phrany’s makeup lasted 8+ hours with no need for touch-ups except for lipstick of course.
For her work, professionalism and kindness, I would definitely hire Phrany again!

Phrany was absolutely wonderful! She did makeup for myself and my 25 year old daughter for a bridesmaid’s luncheon. She listened to what we wanted and she delivered! She has a very sweet, yet professional personality. We would definitely hire her again!
