Very good customer service very good with punctuality, they helped with a last minute clean that we subbed out . They had a team that came out and did a very good job for a deep clean to one of our vacant houses. We definitely will be using them again.

10/5 stars! this is a family owned business that treats you like a person rather than just another job or talking over me like I don't know hat I'm talking about. Dealing with vendors and movers is part of my actual job so this ws very stress free for me and as a single woman, that decency made the difference and is exactly why I chose this moving and cleaning company for this move than the other company I normally use. I'll be reaching out for any of my future moving or cleaning needs.

I highly recommend East Coast Moving LLC! They recently removed the popcorn ceiling in my home, and I was extremely pleased with the results. The work was completed quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price. The ceiling looks great, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most was how friendly and personable everyone was. This is a family-owned business, and they truly treat their customers like family. The team was respectful, hardworking, and genuinely cared about doing a good job. They are also helping with the cleaning of my home, and the ladies have been incredibly helpful and organized. They coordinated everything so the ceiling work was completed first and then planned the cleaning afterward, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. One thing that really stood out to me was their attention to detail. After finishing the ceiling work, the crew took time to clean up after themselves. I even overheard the gentlemen joking that they needed to help clean up so their wives would have less work to do when they came in to clean. I thought that was both thoughtful and refreshing. If you’re looking for a company that is professional, affordable, hardworking, and genuinely cares about its customers, East Coast Moving LLC is an excellent choice.
