Passion Flame was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating and punctual! When we had to move our venue due to hurricane Ian; they were absolutely fantastic. Chef Dru made food that looked, smelled and very tasty food! We truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism.

First off let me start by saying how respectful this man is. I hired him as a private chef for an intimate dinner and the food was absolutely wonderful. The salmon was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The mashed potatoes are to die for. Highly recommend!

Depending on the event and occasion we can offer discounts to show appreciation to our clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On our website we have a general overview of what an event will cost so they know what to expect. Generally the customer will inquire about a quote for a party that they will provide the details. Then we will reach back shortly with an exact quote that the customer can accept and make partial payment to lock in booking.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have highly trained chefs with hospitality management degrees and have 10 years plus of culinary experience.
