- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Portrait session start at $250 for two hours. This includes as many outfit and location changes as you want (within reasonable distance in regards to locations). Weddings start at $1250 for five hours, and include a free hour-long engagement session and online proofing and ordering system. Additional time is $50/hour. I don't include product credits in either package, because I prefer to customize the products with each individual client.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always loved art and photography, but I decided to focus on weddings after I had the privilege of photographing a proposal. Being able to capture those moments for the couple was amazing, and I knew then that I really did want to dedicate my life to helping other people in the same way.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I usually photograph engagements and weddings, though I love to capture just about anything that is important to someone, from families to people and their pets.
