- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our proposals are transparent and all-inclusive — no hidden fees and no surprise extras during construction. We work with a complete package: everything from permits through the entire installation process, equipment, and final inspections is included in one price. Pricing depends on the pool model and size, as well as the equipment and its capacity, but once we negotiate the price, that’s the final price — no add-ons or additional charges. We also offer financing through Hearth, and payments are tied to project milestones, so you only pay as the work progresses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule a consultation — which can be done online — to understand your vision, yard, and budget. If you like what you see and hear, we then schedule a free visit to your home to evaluate the site and take measurements. After that, we provide a detailed written proposal with the pool model, equipment, and full scope of work. Once approved, we handle permits, excavation, installation, plumbing, electrical, decking, and final inspection — keeping you informed at every step until your pool is ready to swim
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of hands-on experience in fiberglass pool installation and is trained directly by the manufacturer as an authorized dealer. All installations are performed with licensed contractors, and we stay up to date on Florida county permitting requirements, setbacks, and safety codes
